Sembra proprio che Domenico Berardi, da tempo obiettivo della Juventus, abbia intenzione di lasciare il Sassuolo al termine di questa stagione.
Questo almeno secondo quanto riportato stamattina dal Corriere dello Sport, che parla di una volontà ben precisa da parte dell’esterno d’attacco neroverde, più che mai deciso a compiere il salto in una big. A 29 anni (30 il prossimo agosto) per Berardi potrebbero dunque finalmente aprirsi le porte della Juventus.
Un matrimonio che si sarebbe potuto contrarre già diverse volte, ma non andato poi a buon fine per molteplici cause. La volontà di cambiare aria del giocatore potrebbe però stavolta risultare decisiva, dando a Sassuolo e Juventus l’occasione di incontrarsi e di discutere dell’affare. Ad Allegri non dispiacerebbe aver un calciatore come Berardi a disposizione: potrebbe infatti essere utilizzato come jolly e, all’occorrenza, permettere alla Juventus di tornare a giocare con un tridente offensivo.
La trattativa non è ovviamente ancora iniziata ed entrerà probabilmente nel vivo nei prossimi mesi. Considerato il contratto attualmente in essere tra Berardi e il Sassuolo, in scadenza nel 2027, la richiesta iniziale dei neroverdi potrebbe essere di circa 30 milioni di euro. Una cifra piuttosto elevata ma che – spiega il Corriere – i bianconeri potrebbe cercare di dilazionare come avvenuto per Locatelli nell’estate del 2021.
In definitiva, la sensazione è che questa possa finalmente essere la “volta buona”…
